Investment

Coaching is an investment in your life.

  • $150 per session or negotiated rate
  • Payments are made in predictable 4‑week intervals or full pay
  • Online payment is used for secure, direct payment

You’ll receive a clear payment schedule before beginning.

To ensure clarity and alignment, there will be three simple documents to complete:

  • A coaching contract
  • A practice and process agreement

Do I need to know my goals before starting?

Is coaching the same as therapy?

What if I need to reschedule?
